Onboarding and Offboarding (OAO)

With any partnership, the beginning and the end significantly impact the entire experience, including what happens after the relationship ends. Employee onboarding and offboarding are critical processes that, when done effectively, can deliver value to the business. As a Manager, you can positively impact these processes through careful planning, execution, and evaluation.

This course will teach you how to improve your team member's onboarding and offboarding experience. The course activities will help you apply the knowledge you gain in day-to-day scenarios.

Content

The OAO course covers the following key areas:

  • Successfully integrating new employees into the workplace.
  • Monitoring the probationary period of new employees.
  • Effectively managing employee separation.

Format

OAO is a two-week self-paced course delivered via GAClearn.

The GAC Group Management expects that all GAC employees are provided with sufficient time to complete the core requirements of each course within working hours.

Who should apply?

The HR Manager will assess nominees based on their experience in the relevant subject before confirming their nominations.
