The Introduction to the GAC World (IGW) course aims to increase your understanding of the GAC Group, giving you insight into the history of the company and how GAC has transformed over the years. The course introduces you to the code of practice GAC operates by, what it means to be a citizen of the Group and how each of us plays a role in creating the future of GAC.
Whether you’re new to the GAC World or a GAC veteran, IGW is designed to introduce you to everything you need to establish yourself as an important member of the GAC community.

The IGW course covers the following key areas:
The IGW course will also familiarise you with many of the GAC-specific tools at your disposal, including the GAClearn eLearning site, the Group intranet ‘The Genie’ and the GAC’s own HR portal, GAChr.
IGW is a facilitated course, delivered via GAClearn.
The GAC Group Management expects that all GAC employees are provided with sufficient time to complete the core requirements of each course within working hours.
