The General Data Protection Regulation Awareness (GDPR) course provides a comprehensive overview of how the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation protects your privacy rights, and enshrines your responsibilities when dealing with personal data in the workplace. It also provides guidelines on keeping your personal data safe.
The GDPR course covers the following key areas:

- Principles of GDPR
- Individual Rights
- GDPR Responsibilities
- Breach Notification
The GDPR course is delivered in a self-paced format through GAClearn and can be completed within a 4-week timeframe.
There are two GDPR versions depending on your GAC region:
- EU residents and/or citizens – Extensive course format (Assessments are required for participants of this course format).
- Non-EU residents and/or citizens – Short course format
The GAC Group Management expects that all GAC employees are provided with sufficient time to complete the core requirements of each course within working hours.
