Talent Acquisition is a key strategic activity supporting the business. With this in mind, the Group has invested in automating the process to ensure you can hire the right talent efficiently and accurately.

This course will teach you key techniques to improve your team's talent acquisition process. You will understand how automation has strengthened the recruitment and selection process. Finally, the course activities will support your learning in preparing effective interview questions and managing the interview process.

Content

The RAS course covers the following key areas:

  • Request for placement forms
  • Job advertisement
  • Applicant screening
  • Candidate Interviews, assessments and background checks
  • Employment of relatives
  • Regretting candidates
  • Offer letters

Format

RAS is a one-week facilitated course delivered via GAClearn.

The GAC Group Management expects that all GAC employees are provided with sufficient time to complete the core requirements of each course within working hours.

Who should apply?

Anyone in a team lead/supervisory position and upwards, including HR.

The HR Manager will assess nominees based on their experience in the relevant subject before confirming their nominations.
