• Identify your role in making a collaborative performance appraisal process.
• Identify employee training and development needs.
• Outline ways to provide support to employees to ensure professional growth.

Format

PMP is a one-week facilitated course delivered via GAClearn.

The GAC Group Management expects that all GAC employees are provided with sufficient time to complete the core requirements of each course within working hours.

Who should apply?

Anyone in a team lead/supervisory position and upwards, including HR.

The HR Manager will assess nominees based on their experience in the relevant subject before confirming their nominations.

Pre-requisites:

• Before joining the course, participants must submit their updated job description in the latest format.
• Participants must have a team to take the course.
