LinkedIn is the largest professional social network online today. With hundreds of million members in over 200 countries and territories worldwide, it represents an unrivalled platform from which business professionals can address their target audience. As business professionals, if we do not have a powerful presence on LinkedIn, we are undoubtedly missing valuable opportunities to connect and grow our business.
With more data now available, our customers are making decisions and pre-qualifying companies without even seeing a salesperson. They are going on-line; reviewing and comparing companies and salespeople based on their internet profiles.
LinkedIn can be used in many ways to generate new sales leads, and it can open up new business opportunities and break down doors that we have never been able to get past before. It is a marketing and sales tool which should no longer be ignored.
LFS course will guide you through the process of developing a strong individual presence, building a network, marketing GAC, and marketing yourself using this important professional sales tool. Please note that LinkedIn is a constantly evolving platform, so some areas may look different, or functionalities may differ to the way you see it in the lessons. As GAC cannot control these, if you find any differences, please alert the facilitator so we can update the course.

The LFS course is delivered in a blended format through GAClearn and can be completed in ten hours within a 4-week timeframe. All modules are assessed through scenarios and a short test, culminating in a final quiz and LinkedIn profile grading at the end of the course.
The GAC Group Management expects that all GAC employees are provided with sufficient time to complete the core requirements of each course within working hours.
