The LVT course is designed for GAC personnel who manage teams comprised wholly or partially of remote members. Participants learn the foundations of leadership principles and how to apply them to a virtual environment. The LVT course ensures that managers are prepared for the challenges and opportunities of virtual teams and possess the skills to lead a team that works together, no matter where they are located.
The LVT course covers the following key areas:
- Communication and productivity tools
- Leadership Principles in a virtual sphere
- Team Goals
- Managing workflow remotely
- Utilising Servant Leadership Principles
LVT is a 6-hour virtual workshop run over three days with a maximum of 20 participants in each workshop to ensure sufficient time for practice and mastery of the workshop content.
The GAC Group Management expects that all GAC employees are provided with sufficient time to complete the core requirements of each course within working hours.
