Customer Service Excellence (CSE) will guide individuals to understand, anticipate and respond to our customers’ needs in a consistent way across the GAC World.
This two-day workshop covers the fundamentals of customer service including communication and handling difficult customers, providing insights into drivers of customer satisfaction and understanding your customer. The workshop takes a holistic view of customer satisfaction and introduces the participant to the knowledge, skills and attitude required for you to behave effectively and confidently with any customer for great results.
Customer Service Excellence (CSE) is a two-day workshop. It is designed with the individual learner at the centre of the learning process – meaning the workshop is knowledge-based, extremely interactive and practical.
