This Introduction to the GAC World course is aimed at increasing your understanding of the GAC Group.

Through the course, you will gain insight into the history and future of GAC, the DNA that goes into making GAC what it is today, the code of practice we operate by, and what it means to be a citizen of the GAC Group.

Whether you’re new to the GAC World or a GAC veteran, IGW is designed to introduce you to everything you need to establish yourself as an important member of the GAC community.

The course has been structured to provide minimal interruption to the work environment. Leading edge work-based learning processes are used that are based on real GAC scenarios. The case studies and highly interactive assessment tasks are of practical use and interest to participants.  You will interact with other course members from all over the GAC World, presenting you with a great networking opportunity.

Trace GAC’s history and its importance to understanding where we are today.

The GAC Brand and You

Learn why the GAC Code is so important for how we do business and familiarise yourself with the details of these policies.

Format

Format
IGW runs for two weeks and is delivered via our state-of-the-art interactive online Learning Management System, GAClearn.
GCA eLearning courses require approximately five hours per week for all courses. It is the expectation of the GAC Group Management that all GAC employees are provided with sufficient time to complete the core requirements of each course within working hours. In order to establish higher results, participants are encouraged to fully complete all activities, and additional personal time may be required outside of working hours.
