Dianne is responsible to create long-term, sustainable relationships with GCA’s stakeholders. She develops strategies to ensure achievement of the organization’s Learning & Development plans by planning and executing engagement strategies across the GAC World.


Professional Interests:

Human resource management is Dianne’s passion, extending from training course design and development, recruitment and selection, career and personality assessments through to performance management systems.

Dianne is an avid reader and her topics of interest are human resources, new technology, productivity, psychology, and financial education. Dianne is an active partner of Investhusiasts, UAE. This is a group of Filipino Expats with an objective to empower fellow Filipinos in terms of financial education and investments by organising events and seminars.

Heading up the Human Resource team at Snow Mountain Dairy Corporation, a business unit of Century Pacific Food Inc. in Manila, Philippines, Dianne is highly experienced and brings a strong contribution to GCA. Her previous role oversaw all Human Resource (HR) functions from recruitment, talent management, compensation, benefit, learning and development. The exposure to such a broad cross-section of HR processes has provided Dianne with valuable insights into business management, and how the HR function contributes to overall organisational performance.
