This GACfreight ENSCO Operations course is a self-paced course that provides a full understanding of the use of GACfreight in our business with ENSCO, the global provider of offshore drilling services to the petroleum industry.
ENSCO (now Valaris) is a key customer for GAC and to fulfil our commitment of “Delivering your strategy” it is essential that we provide excellent service at all times. An important part of this service involves the effective use of GACfreight, the business application that supports our business dealings with ENSCO (now Valaris).
The course provides the background to ENSCO (now Valaris) and the role we play in their business. It then moves onto instructional simulations and videos that cover our use of GACfreight including the handling of purchase orders, receiving goods, booking shipments, dispatching goods, managing G2G shipments, supply base operations, the use of GACtrack and generating reports.
The course includes a series of instructional simulations and videos that cover specific aspects of how to use the GACfreight business application. Topics include:

- Freight Shipment Booking
- Dispatching Goods
- G2G Shipments
- Supply Base Operations
- Amber Road’s Trading Partner Network
- Mastery Quiz
Each module concludes with a self-assessment quiz that tests the understanding of the videos. The course concludes with a GACfreight ENSCO Operations Mastery Quiz in which participants are required to score 85% or more in to pass the course.
GACfreight ENSCO Operations is a self-paced course of 10 modules in total. These must be followed in order.
The GAC Group Management expects that all GAC employees are provided with sufficient time to complete the core requirements of each course within working hours.
