GACagent.NET is GAC’s official shipping agency operational system, developed in-house to match the specific needs and requirements of the GAC Group and allowing for continuous evolution in line with customer requirements.
This course covers the fundamental Configuration settings, Master Data, Estimates, Jobs, Invoicing and Reporting. Understanding how to use the GACagent.NET system and the reports that are available will help you make the best use of the system in your day-to-day activities.
What you see in this course will depend on your role and therefore the level of use you have for GACagent.NET. There are eight set roles (below) and the role you have been enrolled in will result in only the sections of the course that are relevant to your role being visible, as determined by Group IT.

Each module concludes with a self-assessment quiz that tests the understanding of the videos. The course concludes with a GACagent.NET Mastery Quiz which participants are required to pass to successfully complete the course.
There are eight different roles in the course, depending on your level of involvement with GACagent. The relevant lessons for your particular role will automatically appear and your certificate at the end of the course will reflect this role.
GCA eLearning courses require approximately five hours per week for all courses. It is the expectation of the GAC Group Management that all GAC employees are provided with sufficient time to complete the core requirements of each course within working hours. In order to establish higher results, participants are encouraged to fully complete all activities, and additional personal time may be required outside of working hours.
